Philosophy of Teaching:

Together with my students, we discover a wide variety of songs such as Twinkle Twinkle little star, Bach, Beethoven, Schubert etc… In my violin and viola lessons, I like to accompany my students with piano. This gives students more fun and makes them interested in music more. Also, accompanying by piano can help students to understand the melody of songs more clearly. In addition to classical music, I am willing to write and teach pop music’s note tailored to the level of each student. I believe that learning music have no boundary on natures and styles of people.

I have extensive background in education, and have studied at one of the finest conservatories in France, Taiwan and received a teaching Certification of Suzuki Method in the United States. With these experiences in teaching in many countries, I understand that different countries or culture have their own philosophy to teach children, and also each student has his/her character. That’s why I always carefully discuss with parents to accommodate their needs with customized programs to respect each parent’s teaching philosophy.
